Processing Time
All orders are packed with care by our small team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During launches or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your total amount. We aim to keep rates low while ensuring your items arrive safely & our operations run smoothly. 

Local Delivery (Singapore)
We ship island‑wide within Singapore except Sentosa & any other islands. All deliveries are handled personally by Atas___.sg to ensure your items arrive safely and in good condition.

Delivery Scheduling
We will notify you once your order is scheduled for delivery. If needed, we may contact you to confirm delivery timing or access instructions. Delivery will be done from 5.45pm to 9.45pm.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order, we will put it in a safe spot, take a picture & send it via WhatsApp as proof of delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. Additional shipping fees may apply for re‑delivery.

Sustainability Note
We pack your orders using materials chosen with intention — minimal, recyclable, or reusable whenever possible.
