If no one is available to receive the order, we may place it in a safe spot, take a photo, and send it via WhatsApp as proof of delivery.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on delivered items unless the wrong items were sent. Please ensure everything is intact and unopened. If there is an issue, contact us or DM us on Instagram within 36 hours so we can assist you.
